Computer / IT Service Support Login Instructions
First-time OTP setup
- Enter the username and password provided by EDP Division.
- Click Continue to OTP to open the verification page.
- Install Google Authenticator if it is not already on your phone.
- Scan the QR code shown on screen using Google Authenticator.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP to complete account linking.
Regular user login
- Use your official email as username.
- Password is provided by EDP Division.
- Complete Google Authenticator setup on first login.
Every login
- Enter your username and password on this page.
- Click Continue to OTP.
- Open Google Authenticator and enter the current 6-digit OTP.
- After verification, you can access the Computer / IT service support dashboard.
If your account is not set up or credentials fail, contact EDP Division.
