Download Google Authenticator from your app store.
Open the app, tap Get Started, and sign in with your Google account.
After username and password (example: buyer ID is gemrbbuy1 — username is gemrbbuy1 and password is gemrbbuy1), choose Authenticator App to view the QR code.
In Google Authenticator, tap +, select Scan a QR code, and scan the code on screen.
Enter the 6-digit OTP shown in the app to complete linking.
Every login
Enter your GEM username and password (example: buyer ID gemrbbuy1 — username gemrbbuy1, password gemrbbuy1).
Click Continue to OTP.
Open Google Authenticator and enter the current 6-digit OTP.
Submit before the OTP timer resets.
Admin users are routed to GEM Admin; buyer/consignee users are routed to GEM Entry.
